Triptykos is an experiment in spiritual formation that engages Christianity as a path of three-fold compassion. Beginning in January of 2012 Triptykos is now part of the Center for Engaged Compassion at Claremont Lincoln University.
Triptykos offers a cluster of retreats, immersion experiences, contemplative prayer gatherings, art festivals, storytelling events, research projects, scholarly gatherings, reconciliation workshops, opportunities for community activism, and accredited courses (all in partnership with the Center for Engaged Compassion at Claremont School of Theology). These offerings assist persons in deepening, expanding, and forming their own spiritual lives in ways both soulfully satisfying and socially engaged.
The intention of Triptykos is to encourage people to embody the skills and sensibilities for nurturing compassionate life within themselves and the world.
